LIGHTS, CAMERA, FASHION!
Mequon, Wis. (April 29, 2008) - On May 16th, 2008, Shoot the Moon Photography will hold its 2nd Annual "Lights, Camera, Fashion!" show featuring local students from the class of 2009. The show will begin at 7:30 pm at the Cedarburg Cultural Center, W62 N546 Washington Avenue in Cedarburg. “Each of the 21 models will work with celebrity stylist and contributor to Seventeen Magazine Sara Liebowitz, be photographed by Shoot the Moon Photographers, and receive makeovers from the posh DeRiah Salon and Spa,” says Joy Vertz, founder of Shoot the Moon Photography. “The show is a lot of fun from beginning to end and the students both on the runway and in the audience have a great time.” This year’s models are: Stephanie Morello, Hozzie Tanner, Colin Fritz and Susan Krecji from USM; Andrea Wilson from Cedarburg High School; Jenna Freck, Jennifer Smith, Kristen Ambrookian, Kendall Klatt, Noelle Kolega, Aric Daniels and Tim Walczak from Homestead High School; Cassie Cibik and Hanna Richtman from Whitefish Bay High School; Kayla Melbye, Amanda May, Allie Janous and Brittney Schumacher from Port Washington High School; Lauren Stagakis from Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School and Macayla Sadatskiis from Grafton High School. Students participating in the show will have the opportunity to be entered into a National Model Search competition. Shoot the Moon client David Leightner, class of 2008 from Homestead High School, was one of four young men from around the US to win the National Search last year. His received a free trip to Arizona this past January where he modeled for dozens of photography studios and modeling agencies, developing a modeling portfolio. He will be modeling in the fashion show again this year.
Tickets to this event may be purchased from any one of the models, by stopping by
the Shoot the Moon Photography studios in Mequon, or at the door the day of the
event. Tickets cost $2 for the class of 2009, $5 for everyone else.
